Well I'm not going to give the guys info out like that. I was just joking. I wouldn't want someone putting my info out there like that, so I'm not going to do something that I don't approve of, too much self-respect for that.
But, this scanlife thing is pretty cool I don't know how many of us still have a J2ME phone but, it is a barcode scanner that actually works very well on J2ME phones and reads all types of barcodes.
I don't know if you guys have already checked it out or not. Also your phone has to be able to focus on text really close up. On the Mythic we have a "Macro" setting that makes the camera focus on things that are only a couple inches away. Not sure if the other phones have that or not, I can't remember if my Impression had it and I really have no clue about the Eternity.
Anyway you install it and give it AT&T branding/goatbreak it, set your camera to macro and then load it up and scan. It is touchscreen but I can't remember if it was automatically full screen or not. Doesn't matter we all know how to do that I'm sure.
Also you can create your own Web, Contact Info, Twitter codes. They allowed you to make a lot more codes than just those 3 only a few weeks ago. Now they have made it so you need to upgrade to a commercial account if you want to make the other types of QR codes. The app will still read any type of code, you just can't make any others than those 3. I am sure there is a site out there to make more types of codes if you wish.
To get scanlife on your phone head over to
http://www.2dscan.com and click on your phone type and download. If you are still using Samsung phones, then click on Samsung then select SGH-F480 (Touchwiz) that one works on the Mythic/Impression/Eternity I am pretty sure not sure if all those phones will be able to use it if they don't have the macro setting on the camera.
Alternatively if you want a generic J2ME version or any other version for that matter you can click on, "Don't see your phone? Try the ScanLife Generic version." at the bottom of the page. Those versions are not phone specific and should run on any phone using the platform that you choose.
I guess I should mention the fact that they also have versions for Android, iPhone, WinMO, Nokia S60, Palm OS and Blackberry.
