I am a fan of the classics its what I grew up with.
My favorite is a hard choice... I really like Cable because he is such a bad ass.
Gambit is pretty awesome as well I would love to be able to make anything an explosive, too bad for him he could never get any from Rogue, poor guy. There was once where Rogues powers were taken from her for a while by Jean Grey and he got to kiss her but never got to second base.
Speaking of comics if you haven't read it yet, check out the Infinity Gauntlet series, the best Marvel crossover series ever, so many heros and villians all teamed up to fight Thanos who possesses the power of a god. With one snap of his finger he makes half of the population of the universe disappear. Frickin' sweet!
Anywho yeah Cable and Gambit are probably tied in my book others rank with them but those two had the most impact on me.

OK I had this really long diatribe about how you shouldn't make fun of people in that way and joking around is one thing but that is sadistic. Then I thought "yeah they're teenagers they'll just not give a shit" so just remember, soon you will be in the real world and all the things you thought were important will mean nothing and you will be ostracized.
I bet when a woman rejects you, you get all introspective and start focusing on your flaws "why doesn't she like me?" , "am I ugly?". What do you think you are doing to those people when you call them Godzilla. Have some respect, be a man. A real man doesn't start shit, he ends it....
With that said, Batman has always been a big debate of whether or not he is a "real" superhero, in my opinion he is. Not just because of the money but, his ability to fight and outwit his enemies is a superpower all it's own. He is obviously better at it than anyone else he encounters so that would make it a "super" power correct?
