Hello I am using a copy of puppy Linux and it does not connect using my linksys router Because it states that puppy Linux does not have the right driver is there some way I can on the Internet using windows download the driver put it on a flash drive and install it onto puppy Linux so that my Internet will work?

Is Puppy-Linux Ubuntu or Debian based? In other words, does it use .deb files?

yes, that would work, but as disturbed stated, there are some factors like is it Ubuntu based or debain based. along with some other factors....

I don't believe that Puppy Linux is debian based so .deb files won't work.

Puppy Linux is not based of of any other Linux distro and I think that it uses PET files

Are you sure it's your router and not your Wireless or Ethernet device?
