Alright lets get straight to the problem.

i had linux mint 8 on my laptop before and It ran great, now I am thinking about putting it back on, but here are a few questions I have before I put it back on there.

First of all, Is there anyway to activate a2dp (where you can stram music from a bluetooth device to your computer?) All I seen was the ability to browse a bluetooth device.

Secondly...Shoot I forgot I will post it if i remember it lol

...I remember now, Secondly I want to install the Ati driver (x300) I see it has a 32 and 64bit driver, now will these drivers be compatible with all linux's? Because al lI see is an installer.run file

Well that should work. It might be easier if you just go to the hardware/proprietary drivers link in system/administrative settings and install it from there, if it's in their database. It's probably best and easiest to do it this way.
