Does this problem still happen when you use a different mouse?

This might sound odd, but are the graphics drivers installed? I've noticed a lot of problems with Ubuntu when I didn't have any installed.

when i try using a touchpad and a mouse it happens. its a software probablem. happened since they came out with 10.
and i dont think so, but i cant click so idk what to do

There is probably a problem with your GUI I don't know how to go about installing a new one but it may be useful.
