One problem with that picture, the displays aren't the same. The Mac uses Apple displays. Most people know not to buy Apple displays, because they are overpriced (like their other products). If it used the same displays (maybe the same keyboard/mouse) then it would be somewhat fairer. Although the price difference is so great that a few hundred dollars won't make too much of a difference.
