1)Downloaded
ftp://ftp.thrustmaster.com/accessories/pc/hotas/exe/HOTASCOUGAR/2007_HCO_VISTA_64_RC1.exe
(Vista driver for their Cougar Joystick)
2)Right click on file and selected run as Vista Sp2 compat mode and run as admin.
3)Ran setup and plugged in joystick when prompted (and it installed).
4)End task on setup (it is still waiting for the cougar to be plugged in).
Enjoy!
Let me know if that works.

When you plug it in, check Device Manager and make sure it still comes up as your Thrustmaster 0-321jmsadsaimd;l blah blah.
If not, find it, and re-install the driver.

Yeah what he said, if you find it listed in Device Manager, and it's not working. Just delete the joystick entry, restart then re install the joystick again.

How many other USB devices do you have? You might be low on USB power.
