You've seen'em in Sci-Fi movies, those workstations where you sit down in the chair and right in front of you is the computer screen both sides of you are speakers and the keyboard rests in the middle and all of this is contained into one single unit that surrounds a user.

Number 10 would be cool because it looks like there's enough room for a mini fridge setup lol

Now if they can make the chair a toilet and have room for a fridge and a microwave... oh my I would never have to get up from my work...

Number 11 is just... well I mean it's productive I guess but, I don't know about getting any serious work done whilst jogging.
