TripleHead2Go, if your laptop doesn't have 2 or more video outputs. If it has 2 or more video outputs, then just plug in two monitors.

Do you have 2 video outputs on your laptop, and 2 other monitors? If so, you just plug them in.

Otherwise, no, it's not free.

here is what you do, go onto your desktop, right click and scroll down to properties, go to settings, now in the blue box you should see 3 screens, if you only see 2 then it is not possible

hey look up these and pick the one you like all free

multimon
display fusion

and if you have an ati card there is "hydravision"

and for nvidia there is "nview"

all these are free and the best pay one is ultramon  the free ones should do what you want to do  hydravision is  made by ati and nview is made by nvidia so those might have better options i am not sure never used them so just check them out and decide which is the best

What exactly are you trying to do? All you really do to get multiple monitors is plug them in.

The built-in Windows thing worked fine for me, I just used Ultramon to add a taskbar to the other one.

ATI (well, AMD now) or Nvidia?

Get the ATI or Nvidia utilities (depending on which brand you have) that Mahoney mentioned.
