This is how to bypass the Windows Login Screen so your PC will turn on and actually start Windows in XP

Step 1: Go to Run and type control userpasswords2
Step 2: And un-check the box that says Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer.
Step 3: Click ok then you are done!
