Well some integrated chips can be overclocked actually and it's really not a good idea because if you mess something up and your chip fries, then it fries your motherboard as well.

And nice tutorial very well laid out.

For your card, instead of pressing the triangle on the "Catalyst Detected" section (Which isn't there), you have to  press the triangle up where it tells you which video card you're using. From there, press on the "Low-level System Settings" button, and then follow my tutorial from there.

that doesnt show up either. it only says low level refresh and low level desktop....

Makes your computer pretty hot, and it improves video performance, especially with games and such
